Vickie Irwin-Avery is a Supplier Diversity Specialist who collaborates with corporate leaders, business unit purchasing influencers, diverse business advocacy organizations, and entrepreneurs to build relationships that support the development and growth of small and diverse businesses.
Through previous corporate leadership roles including CFO, Director of Franchising, SVP of Strategic Planning, Supplier Diversity and Supply Chain Manager, Vickie has assisted small and diverse business owners to create successful joint ventures and supplier partnerships across multiple industries. Vickie shares her experience as a Certified Public Accountant and Project Management Professional with small and diverse business owners to help them build sustainable partnerships with corporations. “As small and diverse business owners increase revenues and profitability, all communities can benefit through job growth, economic development and creation of generational wealth.”
